Elsol’s solar and electric water tanks are available in a variety of volumes, from 30 to 300 liters. Water tanks are obtainable in vertical or horizontal versions.Our unique production process incorporates automatic submerged arc welding, an extremely advanced technique, used mainly in production of high-pressure tanks. The tank’s high quality 3 mm thick steel at the cylinder and 4 mm at the dome end together with seamless pipes provide an extended life cycle to the tank.
Our solar and electric water tanks are internally coated with glass enamel coating in accordance with customer’s preference. These protective coating together with the magnesium anode, which provides the cathodic protection, guarantee clean water and long lasting resistance to corrosion. The 40mm thick polyurethane insulation layer ensures long lasting retention of water heat, the polyurethane used by Rand does not utilize CFC as blowing agent and is halogen free.
SOLAR TANKS WITH HEAT EXCHANGER
1.Dome- 3-4 mm thick glass - enamel coated steel.
2. Insulation CFC Halogen free high density thick polyurethane casting to ensure long lasting retention of water heat.
3. Heat exchanger - serpentine heat exchanger used for vertical boilers double jacket or " baby" configuration used for horizontal boilers to ensure perfect heat exchanging.
4. Water tank body- 3 mm thick glass - enamel coated steel
5. External cover - prepainted galvanized steel to insure durability & corrosion resistance.
6. Magnesium anode -changeable sacrificial anode to provide cathodic protection.
7. Heating element - 2500/3000 Watts heating element to provide hot water anytime.
8. Water outlet pipe from the heat exchanger to the collector.
9. Thermostat - high efficiency water thermostat ensuring that water temperature in the tank will exceed adjusted temperature when using heating element.
10. Cold water inlet from the mains.
11. Hot water outlet to consumer.
12. Hot water inlet to the heat exchanger from the collector.
